Wondering about the South Florida real estate market? Rumors are it hit bottom at 6:00:pm on July 1st 2008. No one knows when the exact time is to buy a home, however, as a real estate agent my question to the client is when would you like to get on with the rest of your life? People that want to buy in a warm tropical climate might be concerned about an occasional hurricane. We now have impact glass that is maintenance free and in a hurricane situation you are given plenty of advance notice to prepare. Your choices for other areas are: FIRES, FLOODS, EARTHQUAKES AND TORNADOES . My choice is for hurricanes as I have plenty of notice. On a positive note, each day is warm and sunny and South Florida has the best climate in the U. S. If you like the outdoors and enjoy the beach, eating out and shopping this place is hard to beat. I ride my bicycle almost every day and my doctor says exercise is the best thing for my health and well being.
